We’re thrilled to offer our students an incredible opportunity to venture beyond the classroom walls and immerse themselves in the city around them. CCCS PRE-K 3 & 4

March 19 – 20     Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 classes     $20.05 (Chaperon $13.05)

Field Trips include:

Tuesday, March 19 – Red Barn (at the school)

Wednesday, March 20 – Audubon ZOO

Transportation: Parents and Students must meet at the Zoo no later than 9:45AM.

LOWER SCHOOL Exploratorium

March 18, 2024 – March 22, 2024     Kindergarten – Sixth Graders     $62.00 per student

Field trips include:

Monday, March 18 – Aquarium (10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.)

Tuesday, March 19 – Baton Rouge State Capitol (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.)

Wednesday, March 20 – Tennessee Theatre (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

Thursday, March 21 – Audubon Zoo ( 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.)

Students should report to school at their regular time (8AM) each day. Field trip money and permission slip is due on or before Friday, March 15th.

All Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend any of the above field trips. If you are interested in attending any field trip, please contact your child’s teacher for chaperone cost. Parents are not allowed to ride the bus, but are welcome to follow or meet us at the location.

Your child must bring a bag lunch on Monday – Thursday. When we return to school the cafeteria will be closed. Students are allowed to wear jeans and tennis shoes with any of our school shirts.

Transportation will be provided by a private school bus system.

There is also an option for parents to sponsor another student who may not have the funds allowing them the ability to participate in the activities of this memorable week.
